I love and admire this lady so much. She was huge part of my childhood and still to this day as an adult. She gave so much of her self to so many and never stopped. She was humble and never forgotten where she came from and never forgot her roots. Sing with the angels First Lady of Country Music, you will be missed but never forgotten.
I had the honor of meeting her a few times and she just made you feel like you were her friend. Amazing one-of-a-kind talent. My deepest condolences to her family.

Sad news about Loretta Lynn. I first heard about her when the film, “Coal Miner’s Daughter” was in theaters back in 1980. I was just a little girl then, 11 – almost 12 years old.
